amazed at the new topics that present themselves almost daily for

From Native Americans to our first European settler (the only person in America that we know of who was a character in one of Shakespeare’s plays!); from the glory days of the deep-water captains to the Quaker community called Friends’ Village; there is much history in Yarmouth to be shared. A walk today down Old King’s Highway, or a boat ride down Bass River, will convey that sense of history that is still very much alive and an important and treasured part of our Yarmouth community. |
