TO RENEW YOUR HSOY MEMBERSHIP: Fill out the form below, click the the green button, & then COMPLETE THE PAYMENT PROCESS via the PayPal webpage. You will be directed to the PayPal page automatically for payment. You must enter your payment details (via PayPal or Credit Card) on the PayPal page in order to complete your membership renewal.
